COVID-19 Alert Levels:
Level 4: Closed and unable to trade.
Level 3: Open for online trading, with contactless delivery via courier.
Level 2: Open in store. Pickup is available from our Wanaka and Queenstown locations.
For everyone’s safety we will be using contactless delivery.
All parcels with be packaged up safely, with our staff following strict instructions on hygiene and cleanliness. This includes, but is not restricted to, washing of hands and use of hand sanitiser during the packaging process.
Pick up and then deliveries will use PBTs own no-contact procedures. This means your parcel will be left in your mailbox, or at your door, unless you have specified another area in the delivery instructions.
PBT expects delivery times to be 1-2 business days within the South Island, and 2-3 business days to the North Island. With an additional 2 business days for rural deliveries. PBT cautions that there may be a delay in delivery of up to 2 days, due to staff restrictions on distancing.
If the tracking number supplied to you, shows an item being scanned as “out for delivery” that morning, then your parcel should arrive during that day, There is no way to know the exact timing of delivery, however the delivery status will change once delivered.
